Welcome in our little Paradise, at the foot of the nicest mountains in the world! The hotel lies by the picturesque main square in Pieve di Livinallongo, in a sunny position, at an altitude of 1475 m.

The Bear Land is the ideal place to ski freely from dawn to dark, to enjoy unique and, at the same time, always different views.

Arabba is the starting point of the famous "Sella Ronda" ski-carousel that goes through the four Dolomites passes Campolongo, Sella, Gardena and Pordoi. The ski facilities situated at Padon enable you to reach Malga Ciapela and the Marmolada ski paradise.

In summer the visitors can choose among several hikes and mountain bike tours through this splendid valley, crowned by beautiful peaks: Mt. Civetta (3218 m.) and Pelmo (3168 m.), the Marmolada (3342 m.) and the Sella Group, with the Boè Pyramid (3151 m.).

The enthusiast rock-climbers as well as the golf lovers can have a nice time, too. The new 9-hole- golf course is just 15 min. far!
